Before I fill this out , I just have some questions, like what does course/major and dorm-room refer to? Also do you have to make a seperate lj for the character?

Course/Major: This is, technically, a university. Therefore, your character should be studying something. You can choose either real university subjects (such as Chemistry, English, etc.) or make up mafia-like subjects (Bodyguarding, for example). This is not incredibly important, and may be changed on a whim; until we have characters who are teachers it won't make much of a difference either way. We'd just like some kind of an idea as to what your character is going to be doing. If you need some ideas, our previous run had an extensive major/course list here.

Dorm-room: Whether your character wants a single dorm-room (alone) or a double room (shared with a random person). Beyond this, room assignments are generally random. For more info on dorms, please see hereLJ: Yes, a separate LJ for the character is necessary. Most of the playing happens usually in the journal. Also, while the character journal may be used in dressing rooms and the like, we'd prefer a journal that is not used for any other game that requires posting in the

Just a question, for the character's nickname, does it have to be canon or it could be out personal nickname for him/her?

You don't have to include a nickname; the idea is to just list canon nicknames that other characters might know him/her by.
