OH LOOK, IT'S A VERY LATE TAG. cueitup December 20 2008, 02:55:06 UTC
To say that the day had been draining would have been a gross understatement. Following his announcement on the network, several of the more hard up boys and girls working under his helm had finally mustered up the courage to approach him about their individual problems, which basically resulted in Gamma cooped up in his office for pretty much the whole day, trying to help them sort through what they could work out together and consoling them when he couldn't really do a thing ( ... )

"Gamma." Uni smiled back at him through the boxes in her arms and set down the packages she was carrying, motioning for Kuroki to do the same. Her assistant grumbled, but followed. At Uni's pointed look, her assistant nodded to Gamma -- really, he could stand to be a little more polite -- bowed to her, murmured something about sending the car for her in an hour, and left. Uni had the grace to beam at him and give him a little wave as he walked away. Kuroki quibbled far too much about the smallest things.

Looking around and trying to take stock of her surroundings, Uni noted the overall disarray of things, the general layout of furniture, and wondered how long, exactly, this was going to take.

Not that she minded. She settled herself on a pile of boxes and looked up at Gamma.

"Have you eaten? I brought something for you if you haven't."

OH GOD THIS IS SO LATE-- cueitup December 22 2008, 01:50:42 UTC
Gamma remained willfully oblivious to the disapproval of Uni's assistant - he was a good kid, well-meaning and all, but he was still Millefiore and he had no idea about exactly who Gamma happened to be to Uni and why they were as close as they were. It'd probably break the poor man's brain if he were to find out.

The blond man's thought process was derailed at the mention of food, and he blinked down at the young woman now smiling up at him, surrounded by the total wreck that was his office.

"You did? Thanks... I completely forgot about eating!"

IT'S FINE, IT IS THE CHRISTMAS SEASON AND EVERYTHING IS LATE onlyluminous December 22 2008, 05:38:02 UTC
Uni made a face at him, opened one of the packages she brought, and took out the packed dinner she had ordered from one of the nearby restaurants. She peeked inside the lid to check the box's contents before handing it to him.

"You always forget when you're working," she almost -- not quite -- chided. Not that she was one to talk, when she did not eat all that much herself, but Gamma, ever since she had known him, worked himself to the bone and neglected other important things (his health, getting more than a couple hours of sleep) at will when he had a deadline to meet. Especially now, with the holiday rush fully upon them...

She looked around, hiding an impish smile as her gaze moved over his office. Even the clutter was unmistakably Gamma. "Did I interrupt you in the middle of something?"
