I just got back from getting my books & DVDs from the bookmobile, and I just found out they are having cut back as well. They are only visiting every other week. (I know it's better than never, but it was easier to know that every Wedneday that was bookmobile day.)

This country was going downhill way before November 2008 :P try living in Michigan.

Michigan I has always had the income of casinos, which brings in more money. ohio is basically bankrupt. We are sending state wise more than we are earn, and whenever they ask for a higher taxes it always gets voted down. I am not happy about raising taxes, but we are cutting programs like busses and sports.

I believe Michigan still has the highest unemployment rate. The casinos don't help my area. I've tried to get government funding for having low income and they don't let me because I'm not knocked up. I don't know anyone my age in Michigan who isn't struggling.

I have been trying to get dental here for 3 years and I cannot get my wisdom teeth out (I need more than local meds, because they have to cut it out) and just like your situation I cannot get dental, because I am not pregant. I refuse to have a kid, because of the chance I would get medicial for two years. (That's Ohio's plan.) The thing is Michigan and Ohio are neighbors and I am thinking that they are leaking off of each other. The thing is no matter where you go there are always going to be corrupted lying politicians trying to get extra money for themselves as they tell you they are creating new projects and this just really flusters me.

Yeah well most politican just get more stupid as they take more money and work longer. I think it's an a devilish exchange wisdom for greed.
