So, for the first time in a LONG time this past week, I volunteered to make a scroll for an SCA award. I had only a week lead time, and it was the same week that I was moving my web server at work, so I knew I'd have at least two days I couldn't work on it - plus one day for football practice. The tight deadline can be a bit freeing too... it was for me. There was this "This will work or suck, there's no time to agonize about it just do it" and lo, done it was.

The scroll ROCKED, you should post a pic :) And your wording was SUBLIME! I need you to gloss my scrolls, I suck at coming up with clever wording :)

Yeah, I hadn't thought of that, but you're right - the deadline was super-tight, so even if I had wanted to stress out, I knew I didn't have room to.
