Amnesty International, the UN, Code PINK, A.N.S.W.E.R. and the other usual suspects only call it a war crime if America was found responsible for it. When crazy, evil, murderous despots like Che Guevara are responsible for it, he's just a freedom fighter rising up against the oppression.
