I can walk! I mean, not super far. But I walk! Without any painkillers! And I showered STANDING UP for the first time today.

Yesterday I cleaned out most of my stuff from the dorm room and met with a professor. Did you know that I got a 53 out of 51 on the test I took Tuesday? I feel so normal it's weird.

Not being immersed in university life has changed my perspective a little bit. I like my public health kinda classes so far, but my professors all admit that they are professors because they didn't actually like being health educators ( Read more... )

Is it just me, or has there recently been a trend towards commericials with cars full of happy people having conversations in cars and then out of nowhere they are in horrible accidents and that's why you need Allstate or Volkwagen or State Farm or whatever? Because I really hate them.
