Lost

Two thoughts:

1. JJ became this show's absentee father. All these daddy issues & the father of Lost completely abandoned it for movie opportunities in it's last moments. I'm not saying I wasn't happy with the finale, but a lot of what made Lost-Lost was JJ's input. & the finale didn't seem to have even a smidgeon of him. That was ( Read more... )

Even though the last thing he did was co-write the season 3 starter, J.J. had such a big influence, I agree. Too bad he always moves on to the next shiny thing! It was J.J. talking with Damon Lindelof that had the whole "Smokey isn't a what, but a who" and so many things.

and yeah. WE DIDN'T GET CANCELLED OR CUT SHORT which amazing for Big Four network TV.

2. I never thought of that but I'm so glad it never got cancelled. I'm not entirely satisfied with the ending as it is but I don't want to think how bad it would've been if the show had ended abruptly a few seasons ago >.<
