On the subject of Mock the Week, I remember Dara saying that they have a higher proportion of women on the show than there actually is in the comedy industry. I have no numbers to back that up and I can't find where or when he actually said it but I swear he did. Other women who should appear on it: Aisling Bea, Mae Martin and Josie Long. Mind you, it's also about time Daniel Sloss went on and Andrew Maxwell really should make another appearance.
I am also looking forward to Alan Davies's show! I saw a poster for it in London which was a picture of him at the bottom and a huge white space at the top and text something like "We don't really know what's it's going to be like or who's going to be on it so we didn't know what to put on the poster" which definitely caught my attention.
