I am starting to feel a bit sorry for Austen because it seems like she spent her whole life with her family and she was not very proud of them. With the possible exception of Cassandra (aka Jane in P&P) sisters in her novels are shallow self-centered brats. I have to say titling this France and Italy
seems a bit unfair when there’s about 10% of it that’s set in the
second. Also, what the hell is with it ending in the middle of a
sentence?
