Finalsssssss.......

I feel like I am simultaneously under- and over-prepared for basically every one of my finals. I am in a classroom in Wheeler and for no apparent reason decided to hook up my laptop to the AV system. Well. Mostly so I could use the speakers to listen to Pride and Prejudice music. I turned in my kickass Milton paper that makes my life complete, I ( Read more... )

:( I'm scared about the Milton final! I don't think it's going to be hard per se, but I don't know how I'm going to properly absorb this humongous MASS of notes I have :( I've never had so many notes for a class before.

Happy early birthday!!! I have a birthday during finals too (in December), and it always sucks to have to postpone the celebration :( I hope you find the time to have fun and relax.

Yeah, I'm not even worrying about Milton until this afternoon or evening. I have a final for which I have just as many notes at 12:30. And this final has been designed to take the full three hours... *dies of handcramp*

And thanks for the birthday wishes! I promise, relaxing will be done. :)

Hey Candace, so I'm really really sorry to be asking this and I don't mean to be a bother but I just have one, super teensy tiny question about Milton. I promise, it's basically a yes-or-no question!

Do corpus christi and corpus mysticum basically mean the same thing? My notes are a little... jumbly from that day :)

Hm. You know, I'm not entirely sure. Thankfully, it no longer matters! :) Although I'm pretty sure that they're very closely related. Corpus mysticum has more to do with the king's two bodies and Corpus Christi has more to do with communion and the body of the church. I think.

Wednesday afternoon! Are you up for anything this weekend?

Also: I cannot go to the Jane Austen ball because apparently my sister is holding her b-day party that night. She was about as sad as I am, but very happy to learn that crazy people at UCLA do that sort of thing. L)
