Got home from work Tuesday evening to find that my Internet and phone service were completely out. After a not-terribly-long-but-very-annoying wait, I got through to Verizon (thank heaven for cell phones!) to report it. A reset didn't work, so they scheduled a technician for this morning. (Could have been yesterday morning, but I had an appointment
