Yesterday: Bridge goes up as I'm driving to work. Bridge gets stuck. Police eventually re-route traffic over other span. I get to work 35 minutes late, an hour after first arriving at the bridge (5 minutes from my job...). Taking the alternate route, over the other bridge, would have added another half hour to the commute
