I've been quitting cigarettes. This is a process that I've experienced before. It brings about strange changes in the brain, that being wired for the regular intake of serotonin starts to search for the missing enzymes, in the process throwing up all types of accumulated dust. Good luck quitting smoking. It was a bitch when I did it. I had to ween myself off - cold turkey didn't work for me.

I'm still tapering. I go a day and don't smoke. The next day I make it most of the day but I'll crack late at night which is just weak.

Nah, that's how I went.

I actually had this period where I would break down and buy a pack, smoke one or two, and then break the rest in half and throw them in the garbage. This would happen every other week about for a couple months.
