Wow, there were so many Adam stories... Maybe we should do challenges more often!

You got me really worried for a while bout John giving it real hard to Dean, I can't express how relieved I was to find out that Adam nailed his own coffin in the nick of time: thank you.

I get it you are suspicious of Adam? I loved how you built up the drama all the way to the mighty spanking at the end, yeah you!

To be honest, I don't like the Adam character. I guess I thought John would be celibate after Mary, but the whole "here's your long-lost brother" idea makes me grind my teeth.

I get your point. I was really weary about Adam, and to this day he is not a favorite character of mine.

Still, the challenge forced me to see it as a person, give him incentives, a perspective, so I can say that I get him more now than when the episodes with him ran.

I took my time with my first story so I felt rushed too with my second one, which explain why I am not posting my second one yet, I think it needs some work... soon maybe.

It will always be a pleasure to read and review your work babe, just post it... And, if you need help ahead of the game, I am game too, just pm me!

I love cowboy!fic! *bounces* Something about the Winchesters in the West that makes my heart go pitter patter. I have been writing a non-spanking cowboy!fic for so long that it is beginning to grow roots!

Enough of my cowboy!obsession.

Adam really deserved it here and I am glad he got it! I think it is cool that John knows something is wrong, but expected his boys to tell the truth when asked. Silly John! But I imagine Dean will be a little more forthcoming next time.

The Adam!fic thing has been fun. We should do more challenges even if there are no prizes because the prize we all get is great fic and fun.

All along I've been waiting for some more cowboy!Winchester fic- someone wrote some before. Being originally from Texas myself,(like Jensen and Jared!), I was happy to do them as rancher/hunters/cowboys.
I knew John was going to be suspicious, he's too smart to miss the signs. I wanted to paint Adam as a 'city kid' brat. Glad you liked it.
I may lay off challenges for awhile. We'll see.

Nice job! It's always nice getting a new fic and i'm glad everyone is posting their stories from Minx's challenge. I felt really bad for Dean here, taking the blame for Adam's bad behavior, but it's true to his character. He's the peace keeper in the family. I'm glad things got sorted out at the end, and the western setting was fun. Thanks for sharing.

Adam seems like he could be such a little brat on the show. I like the actor more or less, but I don't like them having an additonal brother, and it may have come out in my story. I had fun writing it. Thanks for reading and replying.
