We've found a place that is taking donations of candy to send to the deployed soldiers - I did a happy dance when I found a good reason to get rid of more candy (I just can't throw it away). Z wants to help so she's even looking through the candy that is "hers" to give some too.
We still haven't carved the pumpkins. I think they might just turn into fall decorations and maybe we can decorate them for Christmas?

I wonder if there's any local candy-donation places? Because yeah, throwing it away just seems *wrong*. But otherwise I might eat it all. And that's even MORE WRONG.
Kayla donated her candy to a local family shelter. Maybe there's one in your area? I think Craigslist for her area had some donation sites listed as well.
