For the past few weeks, Khai has fallen into the role of the defiant, resistant three-year-old. While I know he's just trying to test his boundaries and see how much he can get away with, it's still frustrating. He's gotten good at looking at me, no fear to be seen, and saying NO. I could be asking him to do something he loves, and he'll say no

Congrats on sticking to your guns and putting Khai in the bathtub. That sounds like a major ordeal to go through. The easier option would've been to just give up... But that's just fucking awesome to stand your ground like that. It means YOU, the MOM means SERIOUS BUSINESS!

It's SO MUCH FUN when Khai gets this way. Today he was refusing to go to school until I told him that meant no video games all day. ;)
