What a day!

We went to the Allegheny Cemetery - always one of my favorite places to go to with a camera.
There were well over a thousand crows there, at least one in every tree.. it was awesome.
I took over 100 photos, but I'm not going to post them all. I'll just post what's interesting.

Doesn't the camera have any zoom at all?

Beautiful dog. They are ALL runners... one thing people never take in to account when getting a husky.

It has the standard kit lens, 18-70mm - which is technically considered a zoom lens, but it is not like the
'10x optical zoom' that I was used to on the ol' digicam.
If I had to put shooting at 70mm on my lens into optical zoom terms, I'm not sure where it would fall, as it becomes a mathmatical equation that I cannot even figure out. To me it's more of a tightening of the frame than zooming in.

Aww you were down my way. I would say you should've called and we could've met up but I had a Lupus attack on Friday and spent Friday until about an hour ago on a Morphine drip in Shadyside hospital.
If your free tomorrow we should meet up.
