1. I honestly call every woman "miss," no matter if they're 6 or 96. I always thought it was flattering. Also, Tracey hates it when I call her "lady."

I hate "ma'am." Loathe it. And yet I just realized thinking this over now that I, when faced with addressing someone myself, wind up going with "ma'am."

I don't like "Miss" OR "Ma'am". A simple "Excuse me" will do.
