Mood is not good. I didnt go home to get to group today. I stayed at Al's where I have been for a week taking care of Baylie, their golden. We thought it was gonna snow like 7" or something, but the skies ended up clearing off and turning blue and cloudless. I think I should have made my way home to group. There is a lot on my mind. My head hurts. I finally cried. Mac licked my eyes and nose raw. I didnt take my meds today. I hate medicine. Shit, I can't think but the thoughts are there. I need to go to bed.
