June 3rd is the final date for the CA Supreme Court to announce its decision. Announcements are made on Mondays and Thursdays. You can sign up for advance email notification of the decision date on the CA Supreme Court website here

I signed up for email notification from the CA Supreme Court. They announce a day before when they will release their decision. The latest they can do it is June 3rd, so we're getting close.
