Oh my goodness my legs are bugging me too. -___- I used to go jogging, but now my friend likes to go by herself so I just sit here and get fat. lol.

You should try talking to them about how you feel distant from them? Or make an effort to call/text/IM/something more often when you guys can't hang out? It would be sad to lose important people.
