Well finally after 8 months my Autism training program is starting to take off.  I've gotten fantastic results with a mid-spectrum 15yr old in just 3 session.  I'm having much better than typical results with the high-functioning 5-6yr olds I'm working with also.  Ironic, I had only intended to work with older children and adults who are high- ( Read more... )

Well I haven't decided about the car. At the time I thought my car was going to cost a lot to fix, turned out it was only $125. So I will just take my time on this now. Did you finally get around to drinking that desert wine I sent you?

I got around to trying it just yesterday actually ... the really nice girl across the road, Sarah, whose birthday is on 25th and I had a sort of joint birthday garden party yesterday. Towards the end of it, when conversation had become more muted and philisophical and the noisier more energetic friends had gone, I ran back home, and chilled it briefly in the freezer, and about 8 of us shared it, with due ceremony. It made a wonderful highlight to the party, and was just the right moment I had been waiting for, to do a tasting with new friends and old, as we tucked into the strawberries and cakes/Doritos and dips, depending on peoples' preferences ( ... )

Tinned peaches, coal tar, my these folks have some refined sense of taste! Glad you found such a perfect occasion for it, I would have tried for the same.
