Beautiful detail, nice blending of the 4 quadrants, and in all other ways very well done. As usual! Thanks for posting it, I don't visit your site as often as I might to check out your new stuff so it's quite helpful to see it placed here.

You know, one of these days you might even become a professional artist. I'm rooting for you! :)

hrm. I realized I did what I hate. I came in and joked around without even commenting on the post.
I hate that!

Buuuut....you also know that I really like this piece, I hope. I think we should have a print or two to see what sort of response it gets.

Okay, I *really* like this. The way the different zones seem to be spilling their colours out, the lightening bits throughout, but certainly they way you used it to bind each sector to the next...the sparkles that surround the gal w/ the moon scepter (I'm a sucker for sparkles!)... I don't know if it's intentional, but I get a very regal, Yule Brenner 'The King & I' feel from the fella with the fireball... The way the yellow bleeds into the blues & greens behind him (as in, he's not just 'stuck' on a contrasting background, y'know?) The bottom two are much more 'obviously creepy' & have managed to make me shudder more than a couple of times--that's a good thing, right? *laughing*

I know you weren't looking for a critique, but there were so many elements to these that had me thinking, "Hey, yeah!" I thought I'd try to mention a few. *curtsies & winks*
