painty stuff
i've been meaning to post a painting i finished a few weeks ago.
it's for Countess Games (a new company with a new product) for their flagship product _Heirs to Olympia_.
It's a full-page interior piece depicting the primary 4 gods of the game world.

Once i turn in a piece, i usually almost immediately forget about it and move on to the next thing. I told myself i'd post this when i got done with it ... but then i mostly forgot about it and moved on to the next thing.
I had thought i was going to have a little breather between that assignment and the next one i had scheduled (more World of Warcraft cards... which i'm working on now). But two other projects fell in my lap in the interim-- a quick tiny job for a hush-hush new project from an existing company... and another D&D cover, which i just turned in last week. That's my 4th! The book won't be coming out for ages, but fortunately, they usually preview the covers pretty early, so i'll be able to show the piece once they do.
though, by then, i'll probably be feeling pretty apathetic about the painting and won't immediately get around to posting it :)
