Survived the layoff. Guess I'm glad.

750 people got laid off last week, including my vanpool driver. I'm gonna have to get certified to drive the van soon. There were some long-time co-workers getting the axe. Seems like they get rid of people who are here more than 10 years; guess they cost more

Ugh, I'm so sorry that you're having to deal with the extra stress. But hey, in a couple weeks, we have hockey, right? I'm really looking forward to it (and I'll email you about logistics soon) and excited to see you again.
