Survived the layoff. Guess I'm glad.
750 people got laid off last week, including my vanpool driver. I'm gonna have to get certified to drive the van soon. There were some long-time co-workers getting the axe. Seems like they get rid of people who are here more than 10 years; guess they cost more?
Work is as usual too stressful, so while I am glad not to have to do a job search at the moment, life is not really fun for the next few weeks.
