Thank you to my DH and our families and especially to Jackie, Jesse and Ian (who hosted) and our other friends who made it to my surprise party, it was great.

Sounds like how I feel when I am sick. I wouldn't worry about it, unless it stays beyond your cold.

I hope so, but I wasn't feeling that horrible until after I got home. I'm home from work now because I feel like crap.

First off, Happy Birthday honey!

Secondly - if the no emotion stuff continues, maybe it would be time to talk to someone. Even though CJ is a year old now, post partum can still strike. Don't let people tell you to 'shake it off' or 'It's all in your head.'

The problem is that insurance covers very little of that. I know I have the post partum, I've seen a psychologist or whatever, just after Christmas, but it's too expensive to keep going. And the drugs just made it worse. I dunno. Maybe sstormwatch is right and it's just this stupid cold right now. I felt like I was doing better for a while...I hate roller coasters, figurative or otherwise.

IMO, the roller coaster absolutely sucks bilgewater. If one drug made it worse, there are others.

Actually tried 2 drugs. One just made me puke constantly, the other made me feel more violently unstable.

It won't be easy. IMO the rollercoaster is worse than the pit. But it *will* stop.
