So this past Saturday we had Daddy Chris’ surprise birthday party (his birthday isn’t until Friday), and a bunch of his friends came and we played card games and had a great time.

CJ is 2 and acting like it. He got sent to bed for talking back to Momma. I am SO not going to be one of those Moms who lets their kids tell them what to do.
He was with Grandma & Grandpa on his actual Birthday, but we had a joint birthday party with my niece Grace the week after. It was very cool. He now likes the word “presents”.

Ok, so today is my 30th birthday. I was having kind of a crappy day and (well only little bright spots here and there) CJ was rummaging around in my stuff like usual while I was trying to get ready to go to work.
