Today all the laundry got done. And Bean with her potty training ended up with more stickers at the end of the day than she did yesterday, which is SO GOOD. For some reason, though, she's terrified the water from the faucet will be super hot. She must have washed her hands by herself at the old place and the water got really hot all of a sudden. Today involved a lot of laundry. Something isn't quite right with my dryer. I have to turn it on about 3 times before everything is dry. I'm not sure though, maybe it's because the loads were larger? Or had more towels in them? I don't know though, it's never had this problem before. Except when the pillows took forever to dry. But I'm glad I've ( Read more... ) -

One of the classes I'm taking this quarter is a Food Seminar with Valerie Segrest. I took a traditional foods class with her last year called "The Gift of Food" [I posted some notes I took during that class, and I'll probably post more now that I've gotten them off of the Netbook] and I really admire and like the work she does in this community.
