We had storms yesterday afternoon, reminiscent of good ol' Midwestern thunderstorms, complete with tornado watch. No hail in my neck of the woods (though I haven't been up to the community gardens yet), but lots of wind, and some seriously driving rain. I hope my pea fences are still vertical ( Read more... )

Glad you and T are ok.

Are you guys planning on staying for all of camp? I looked at my schedule and went -damn- it's a only a month away. Time has been flying lately.

So far as I know, yes. I think our plan is to head down the Friday before, set up, go to Clevelandish to see T's fam for a day or two (it'll be weird--the one-year anniversary, but it'll be good too), then back to camp until the following Sunday.

And...yeah. Time is flying big-time. All I've done so far is find the list we made on the way home from camp last year and looked at it and gone...whoa, we forgot a lot of stuff last year! Though, for the four-hour packing job of complete insanity we did, really we remembered a lot. *g*

Today's weather is 100% YES. I was picking lettuce in the garden this morning, and there was bright pretty sun, light breeze, and just a hint of chill still in the air. So lovely.
