This is my philosophy as well, but I also understand that not everyone is a total baconophile like me. Given that there are now at least three votes for "There's never enough bacon!" in this comment thread alone, I'll stop worrying about it. :)
I'm going to do a "dry fit" of the dressing pan and the turkey roaster in the grill tonight. If that works, everything else can be done ahead or on the stove top aka the part of the stove that still operates as it should. If that doesn't work...I'll let you know!
Also, I finally dug up our potatoes, so we have lots! We'll be in B-town for a show tomorrow night, if you want we can drop some off for your use. :)
