What is Pottermore? The Snape Fans Did It, Of Course!

All day people have been asking "What is Pottermore?" Is it an online gaming community? Is it a social network? All we know is that JKR updated her Official Site (click the eraser, then on the next page click the time-turner, then the door will suddenly have the "Do Not Distub" sign which strangely signals that something is coming soon). I think perhaps she has created a new House just for us, and that explains the pink background with silver letters.

It all makes sense. Everyone can blame us now, but it will be for something good. :)

I think it has to be admitted that fans of the snarky, Potions Master in the billowing black robes are the most unwavering of fans in our determination to uphold his place as second (?) only to the title character in signifigance in the series -- and that he was a good guy who just went through a really badk time, but did more than try to make up for it.

While all of the rest cruise along with their idols being praised and glorified, we Snape fans slog along having to deflect curses and cast our Pink Patronus of Protection (see sparkly heart above) to keep him from being constantly shredded.

So, here's to Ms. Rowling for choosing Snape Pink for her new endeavour.

And, here's to Ignisia for always keeping that sparkly pink attitude, no matter how bad the battle gets.

Snape fans stick together because we, like our hero, are loyal and courageous and will not be stomped on by Trolls.

I personally think that JKR has realized that her least intelligent and dunderheaded fans have an irrational hatred of pink, so she hopes to clean house with that Pottermore Website.

They will see it, then shriek and howl and run away forever, with any luck.

Didn't expect JKR and WB to proclaim their undying wuuuv for the pinkness, but I'm not surprised. Everyone loves to squee! <3 ;)

It's always, in fact, been my long held belief that everyone loves Snape as well, but just doesn't know it yet. Why devote time to him if not because one is fixated on him? It's OK to be fixated, he's so fixate-on-able. <3 :B

And while the Pottermore logo isn't exactly sparkly, it is shiny and the Os are swirly, which is awesome enough for me! :D

I think all the pink sparkles and glitter will come flying out when JKR's website door opens. That will show everyone how important we are to her!

And I do love the color SILVER used prominently in the fancy-schmancy lettering. *loves* This makes me want to . . . you know . . . I just can't help it . . .
