Whoa ~ thanks for the link! I'm glad you didn't bet your house, haha. I've been offline alot yesterday and today because my son had a snow day and I had other stuff to do, so I didn't see the story.

This warrants it's own post, and I'll link back to my previous "Willy the Wizard" post. It's a strange case and probably without merit, but it's worth talking about. I think the story goes that the Willy manuscript was sitting around at the Christopher Little Agency around the time that JKR was signing up with them. So it's the timeline that gives them some ammunition to say she might have copied names or ideas from it. I'll have to read up on that to be sure of the details.
