Did you make that Where in the World logo? Where did davidenglish get to? I was wondering that myself just recently. I think the vanishing cabinet is a possibility. I hope he drops by and says hello, it's hard to imagine that he would just give up on Leaky and search for all things Lexicon. Maybe he is having computer troubles still?

Yes, I made it - I just colored over the Carmen Sandiego onthe banner in front and fiddled around with lettering of DE's name until it looked right. :)

Now that I've gone to all this trouble, DavidEnglish has to let us know where he is and what he's doing. Surely he isn't leaving Fandom?

*Sigh* Yes, I'm afraid that's true. There are quite a few Snape fans who went missing after DH. Potency and clkginny on HPN just to mention two. Then there are others who are just too busy or they've moved on to other Fandoms.

It's more likely to be Labatt's Blue or Rye/Rum and Coke. I am a Hunter Thompson fan so I have sampled the Mint Julep. Yu, but most Canucks don't know what it is. I have had to tell bartenders what to put in it and sometimes they don't carry Bourbon.

Not a whisky drinker, just white wine. Somehow, I see DavidEnglish as a red wine imbiber.

I do hope he comes back. I liked his posts, despite having on the receiving end of his insults. I frequent another site (nonHP) where posters revert to "You're an idiot" or "You must have mommy issues". It makes me appreciate DE's poison pen.

I've already gotten about 20 birthday wishes tonight on Chamber of Secrets - I'm so blessed with friends it's incredible.

I agree. At the very least, he should wish you a hearty Happy Birthday along with the rest of us. Happy Birthday!!
