[Batman doesn't seem to notice he's back on the second level, but he's got himself draped across a park bench with his head in his hands. He has had a rather hard day, today, and a busy one at that. He's a little exhausted. Don't mind him, he'll wander back home eventually -- or, do, if you'd like to poke a bat.]

[Flash is much better after a solid 12 hours of sleep, some food, and some new clothes. When he catches a sight of Batman, he's immediately concerned. But he knows what the Bats can be like, so he approaches with caution. He's in normal clothes, by the way. Wally, not Flash.]

I'm fine. Nothing that I haven't dealt with before. [standing up, trying to prove that he's "fine", and lol still having a hard time seeing from that flash grenade of Joker's. Damn him. Dazed, he sits back down.]

The Joker is more dangerous than you seem to realize. You'd be better if you didn't get involved with him. It's my job to keep him from trying whatever he's up to, and that includes protecting you--no matter how ungrateful you are.
