Aw, I loved this update and always love this 'verse. Poor Sam! But the cuddling at the end was so adorable and aww at Dean deciding not to mention it.

Seems like it flows pretty damned well to me. But then I am biased because I have honestly never read a thing of yours that I did not like.
Also , nice trick that; writing a Cas story that is really about Sam and Dean.

It fills a space in the story arc that I had wondered about, and does it beautifully.

I love your marginally human Cas while still fully recognizing him. Well done :)

This 'verse never pays attention to what I want. So stories about Cas end up being about Sam and Dean, and stories about getting a dog end up being about Sam and Dean, and... basically everything ends up being about Sam and Dean but in ways I never expected. I got nothing. ;)

I'm so glad you liked it! I'm trying to fill some of the gaps I left, but it's slow going these days.
