The ghost was still around because there was an inconspicuous fourth guy in the apartment (when I was watching I kept getting confused because I never got a good look at him-but I'm sure he was there because 3rd victim guy was talking to someone on the phone about Rose, so there was another guy involved). And I don't know if ghosts would necessarily move on once their revenge was complete-they might just move on to hurting innocents.

I agree with you last statement a lot. I'm also unsure of what to think-but when Sam and Dean were together they were awesome!

Oh, okay! I never noticed the fourth guy. Clearly he was enough of a douchebag not to merit a speaking role. ;)

And you have a point about spirits hurting innocents instead of moving on. I hadn't thought of that.
