Is there are rule that you have to be the one in the picture? Maybe someone could still buy them off you and you can work it out that way?

I'm more annoyed by the rudeness of the correspondence and am trying to remind myself that this is probably a not-their-first-language issue. The capslock was unnecessary, though.

Wow, so much for politeness and professionalism.
Capslocking is pretty much universally known as textually 'shouting' so that was pretty rude of them :S
