This is really lovely. And kinda heartbreaking. (I keep stumbling across more and more fills of yours I just can't resist reading xD)
Because, after Bilbo Frodo'll come... but then? :(

Don't worry. I don't mind :) That's what the masterlist is for after all.

And after Frodo comes Sam of course, so either Bag End will accept him and his family as her new charges or disappear for good. I can't decide if that makes it even more heartbreaking or not.
