Easter 2006: Hippity hoppity

Easters in Edinboro have always been some of my favorite times. The campus is usually barren, and the weather warm and sunny. I love it, because for four of five years, I've spent the holiday with people who make the weekend memorable. This year even had a special guest -- my brother.

I wondered about the new hair color Aaron had mentioned a few days ago, desiring to see it... and I think it is fabulous. I'm also a big fan of the length. Excellent.

Way to go, PAAS. It's about time.

Did you dye Zachary's shirt at the same time? It's extraordinary; I'm all about it. Although I guess I wouldn't necessarily go with "lime" for the classification of that shade... hmmm... maybe I should write to PAAS, as that would be a stellar shade of green for next year's box... ZacharyShirtGreen. Yes yes.

The only way to eat red meat is if it's still mooing... simply passed over the heat. So there, Aaron.

I like the bunny rabbit balls hanging from your sweater... fantastic. *points to self* Big fan. That sounds so sarcastic, even to me. But I'm being serious.

You're all too precious for me. I'm nauseous.

Loves you.

I teeter back and forth between really liking the dark hair and desperately missing the red. I feel lost without it. I am my fake, red hair. I'm glad you enjoy it, though.

Zachary's shirt was indeed extraordinary. He kept telling me on the phone about his green-striped shirt/polka dot tie combo, and I'm ashamed to think I once doubted it.

Oh man, oh man. The steak ... YUM.
Also, Zack got a sweet potato as a side, and I had a bite and it was delicious. He says he's had them at restaurants before, and you said you get them when you eat out, so my question is this: Where are you two eating that serves sweet potatoes? I want one. like. now.

Haha. I frickin' adore my bunny ball sweater. Thank you, again.

I hope you're doing alright today. I love you.

I did love the red, but dark looks stunning on you. Few people can pull it off; you're one who can.

The Outback serves sweet taters, as you now know... as does Hoss's, Perkins (usually), hmmm... I haven't been out lately (as I detest even thinking about it, coupled with my schedule...) Hmmm... Max & Erma's maybe? I can't think of where else franchise-wise.

And I always have them on hand. Wrap one of those suckers in Saran Wrap and pop it in the microwave for six minutes or so, and you're set.

Thank you. Pappy Fred is now beneath cold ground, my puppy has bruised lungs, Daddy had to leave for a conference right from the funeral, I wore new running shoes and blistered my Achille's Tendons until they bled... It's been quite the day... I'm saying my day is over... and going to bed.

I love you.

Great pictures!

I like the new dark hair color a lot.

And I agree with Aaron's cancerous lung assessment of the steak.

Thanks (x2).

It may have looked like a cancerous lung, but it was de-li-cious.

*winces* I don't know...I still have issues with something that's still bleeding. Things that are still bleeding are still alive in my mind. It looks like it might spring up and fight back at any second.
