Working on a brief today. Fun fact: no matter how much your brain wants to combine the words "complaint" and "claim," there is no such word as "claimplaint."
There should be, though. You know, for when you are complaining and want some money for it. Claimplaint. I like the sound of it. -

Schooled
So, law school is going ok. The grades I've gotten from my first term haven't been the best, but the grading criteria of this school are so weird and crazy, the grades are practically meaningless. 1/6 of the way done. Before I know it, I'll be 1/3 of the way through and doing some interning or something for the summer ( Read more... ) -

Two Down...
Contracts final is in the bag. I wish I could say that I was confident about what my score will be. On the bright side, I never felt lost, and I think I handled even the advanced concepts well. One Exam Down, Two to Go
Whew, just got back from my 4-hour Property final. I'm feeling pretty confident; there were only one or two questions I wasn't fully confident about. On the otherhand, its easiness could be bad. All grades are posted on a curve, with the class average being a school-mandated 87%. If it was easy for me, it was probably easy for everyone else, too. ( Read more... ) -
