Seriously though: I'm really sorry to hear about the partial diagnosis, both on the sympathy of how rough ADD/ADHD is (especially when it's not just simply distractive, but straight up anxiety-inducing and impossible to work through), and on the sympathy of how hoorrrrible getting the full diagnosis on the follow-up is for just about anything.
I really hope that you can get some help soon. I don't know if it's just because most of the time when we talk it's about ridiculous things or me being super self-involved, but I hate seeing you so frustrated! ADD/ADHD is at least better understood than it was through the 90's and you'll likely be able to get some concrete help. Really, good luck all over the place.

Just be aware when they write your prescription that there's currently a shortage of Adderall going right now due to the company that makes it trying to force everyone to switch to Vyvanse (which is not currently available in generic).
