If Ciel is staying in bed because he fears what (werewolves) is in the outside world, then maybe if Sebastian makes staying in bed even scarier it will snap Ciel out of it?

I think that is Sebastian's line of thought- though there is still the issue of his promise to obey Ciel- He said before that he did not lie but now he is ignoring Ciel's order to leave. I had thought it was some sort of binding & he HAD to obey (kinda like Haruka & Kantarou) but apparently not.
