yeah, I keep paper near me all the time and when I put my ipod on shuffle, certain songs will come on and I'll have to write them down so I remember I love them. hah
haha... that's pretty much what i do... but I usually just use the star feature on the iPod... but when I'm thinking of possibilities for the top 10, I use the pad. I'm cresting on 4,000 songs on my iPod, which isn't bad considering it only holds 5,000. And that's JUST my CDs, hardly any downloads at all. And obviously I can't include my vinyl... although some of it is ported from vinyl to CD. So I still have my work cut out for me!
1. 'speakers push the air' pretty girls make graves 2. 'concubine' converge 3. 'i drank the wine' murder city devils 4. '198d' at the drive in 5. 'puddle splashers' cap'n jazz 6. 'some natures catch no plagues' saetia 7. 'hairspray suppository' the locust 8. 'the shape of punk to come' refused 9. 'throw collars to the wind' hot cross 10. 'bankrupt on selling' modest mouse
A few years ago ( I think when that cd first came out) I had put Left & Leaving onto a mix cd and I never knew who it was (because I'm dumb) and then I started listening to The Weakerthans, and figured it out.
I never really listened to that song though. and then I did and fell in love. ha that's my story.
Aside is a good song too. Evidently it's a good song because it's at the end of wedding crashers.

well I can't believe you don't like willie nelson's version of unchained melody better than the the righteous brothers.
but of course... I never like covers better than the originals. I would never put a cover on a favorites list.
