Dragontologist is now staying the weekend. Tonight, I have decided, I'm going to make pizza. I've never made pizza. I’m also going to be cooking my lasangna tonight for the pot luck here at work

You don't need oil to make pizza. Spreading oil on the dough will cause it to crisp up, not neccessarily harden. Pizza hut uses olive oil on the crust, but many other pizzarias do not. Spaghetti sauce and pizza sauce are not the same thing. The basic ingrediants are the same (tomatoes), but they are in fact slightly different. Pizza sauce should contain more tomato paste, because tomato paste gives more sweetness to the sauce and traditionally pizza should be sweet. Then again, traditionally, pizza is also supposed to have less cheese on it than most people in the US eat on their pizza. It's a matter of taste I suppose. Really it is upto you and pasta sauce will not destroy the flavor of the pizza.

Ok Kate cooking...Kate feeding people said cooking....of course then again until I met Tiny I had spaghetti sauce out of a jar. Do you see a jar of sauce in our house...EVER? Tiny must do a cooking 101 for us wranglers of food for people.

So when you coming to my house to cook?

Personally I like Tiny's fettucine alfredo from scratch.

On a side bar at the Mage game last night I got a calendar...it is all pictures of guns, real guns that Brendan gave me. I like Brendan he is evil we will corrupt him ever more when he does more wargaming for DE.
