IN PROGRESS: My Election Endorsements [Los Angeles / San Gabriel Valley Area]
I spent much of the night working on my Voting Homework. I have at least 4 people who base much of their voting on my 'endorsements', so I'm making sure to put in a good effort to understand the stuff and get it right (that is, in agreement with my values). Yeah, it turns out that I'm voting pretty much a straight Democratic ticket. But I had to make sure each of those were good by me, and there was a lot more to do!
I've finished most of it, though I would appreciate further advice on 3 props (20, 22, 27). Plus if anyone knows anything about some of the Judges (or knows of a good source of info), I could use the help.
My 'endoresements' are below (click the "other races" cut for all the races). I need help on the ones marked with red "???".
And, of course, feel free to try to change my mind on any of these ( it worked last time -- I "flip-flopped" on one prop!).

Redistricting of Congressional Districts 21 Yes New $18 vehicle license fee, dedicated to state parks and wildlife conservation. 22 ??? Limitation on State Taking Local Funds 23 No Suspend air pollution laws? Hell NO! 24 Yes Close special corporate tax loopholes. 25 Yes Change from 2/3 to majority vote for state budget. 2/3 requirement is like filibuster, only worse! 26 No Require a 2/3 vote for fees? No, too simplistic & restricting. Can protect polluters from fees, for example. 27 ??? Eliminate New Redistricting Commission
