Can I say something about magic in this universe as it's based off the World of Darkness and I'm a colossal nerd who plays both iterations of World of Darkness?

You're missing a magic user. By all counts of how he's portrayed Suede Is a Mage; precisely he's a member of the Divine Chorus so he's a Mage powered by religion.

Sorry if this comment is impertinent and Suede has been discussed and classified as non-magical and a reason has been provided, I never could participate in the discussion earlier. I just felt like I should say something.

I'm not sure why we haven't talked about it before, but I'll bring it up next time we get together.

However, we're not based entirely on World of Darkness- elements are also taken from at least the Dresden Files.

Suede does use magic and based off of the rules, yes, he qualifies as a Mage. However, he probably wouldn't identify himself as such.
