I remember reading somewhere that David Boreanaz filmed "In the Dark" either immediately after or several days after a high speed car accident. My respect for the man has gone up around 600 notches. I can barely move, and he was strung up by his arms for several hours a day

are you using arnica (cream for the location, pellets for internally speeding healing)? i completely forgot to mention it the other day! it is easily found in the natural foods/health food section near the supplements (in any decent sized grocery or pharmacy)
it's well worth it! even this many days late!

Thank you for the advice; I'm sorry it took me so long to reply! The bruising is mostly gone now, except for that which came in much later, and even that is mostly fading. But I shall keep that advice in mind, though I'll hopefully never have to use it!
