When I lived in Sweden I discovered fresh mozzarella and tomatoes on ciabatta, and this became the Rachel sandwich when my family visited. Then it progressed to pasta. Our family has a tendency to name food after people. Mmmm. What is a Rachel hug?

You shake your butt while you're hugging. It was something I was doing unconsciously until someone pointed it out, and now all my friends in Hattiesburg do it on purpose when we get together. I even met people in Louisiana who were doing my hug because they learned it from one of my old roommates and were pleased to meet me because of it. That was a proud day. Laura knows it.

What is it about fresh mozzarella? I discovered many things about other good cheeses when I stayed two weeks in Sweden. We were only given $7 per diem, so we bought a lot of bread and cheese for smaller meals and it was marvelous. It has spoiled me for lots of "cheese" I used to appreciate.

Congrats on the translation contract! By the way, if you added basil to your sandwhich/pasta, wouldn't it just be a classic Caprese?
