Those wooden things are so odd: I thought they were fake joints of meat at first.

I'm pretty sure we had a 'Saracen's Head' pub in Exeter. It rings a faint bell...

the wooden things do look a bit bizzarre, although I oohed and aaahed at the fact that they have little pull out drawers inside them.

and i appear to be attracted to things made from wood.

OH! I am drooling. Those are fabulous pictures, I so long to visit there. It will happen in my lifetime, but I'm itching to travel now and it's baby time for me instead. *shrug* Paris again for our 10 year anniversary, but after that, it's definitely more of western Europe.

Z is CUTE! Good job!

Thank you :)

but I'm itching to travel now and it's baby time for me instead.

travel with baby? It is a bit inconvenient, especially when babies scream the duration of a plane journey but it is do-able. My parents carried me around to wherever they fancied going since I was a month old. And having a baby around is probably the best [if not only] way of getting seats on buses ;)

When is your 10 year anniversary?

Well it's more like a money issue than a baby issue. Baby cost money. No can afford travel. :P
Traveling with baby would be such a hassle, but so cool too. I don't doubt that we'll do it often, but it's more the immediate cost now that prevents traveling this year.

In 2 years is our 10th anniversary.
